“The best results come when you grind the root, try and get it to powder. You can do this with a decent blender or a pestle and mortar. Another method i to keep chewing the root, about three inch long stems (that's three inches of stem) and keep chewing even when it's a pulp. If you don't get the results initially, keep trying, it should work within a few days of daily usage.”

When i took the dream root, i cut it into small pieces and drank it in a cup of water water (i also swallowed the pieces) 4 hours before i went to bed. It did not work somehow.
The second time i took it as a tea in the morning and it did not work either...i do not know if i missed something in the description how to use it, but for me it was just a loss of money.”
