Incense Nag Champa

Sai Baba Nag Champa, enjoyed by millions, is the most popular Indian incense in the world.

For many people, when they think of incense, they think of Nag Champa. This is authentic Sai Baba Nag Champa, made by Shrinivas Sugandhalaya. Nag Champa is hand-rolled.
Nag Champa is famous as an incense brand, but it is actually just the name of a rather exotic and distinctive perfume oil originally manufactures in the Hindu and Buddhist monasteries of India and Nepal. It's a unique floral fragrance with musky overtones. It is traditionally made from a sandalwood base, to which are added a variety of flower oils - including that from the flower of the Champac tree. Each monastery has its own secret formula which is revealed to no-one outside the order! The sacred tree belongs to the magnolia family and grows to about 30 metres in height. Its flower is yellow and star shaped, and as well as being the source of the perfume, also gives a yellow dye. Frequently planted in temple grounds, the wood is used for making sacred images, drums and so on.
Satya Sai Baba in Sanskrit, "Satya" means Truth, the word "Sa" means Divine, "ai" or "ayi" means Mother, and "Baba" means Father, so the name indicatest the Divine Mother and Father, leading you towards victory in the struggle for self-realization.
The natural ingredients, herbs, resins, spices and masala are blended to perfection to create a soothing aroma.
Fragance: aromatic, sweet yet earthy, floral, spicy.
Net weight: 15 grams. Each stick is about a gram, and burns for 45 minutes.
