Arginine AKG is better than ordinary arginine because an AKG (Alpha Keto Glutarate) molecule attached to it. This way it's better absorbed into the body. In the body l-arginine AKG is transformed into nitric oxide, which plays an important role in the vascular system. L-arginine AKG dilates the blood vessels to the penis, improving blood flow.

Pycnogenol (60mg)
