Higher Mind is a brand new supplement that supports cognitive brain functions. Aviso

“Good supplement profile with lots of ingredients believed to support healthy brain function. I usually take one tablet 2-3 times per day as I feel this likely allows my body to better absorb the nutients. This supplement gave me a slight headache when I first started taking it, but this side effect was mild and went away after a day or so and was easily relieved with one 325mg aspirin. Vinpocitine can give headaches in large doses and this supplement has a good amount in it. Overall I'd say I feel good on this supplement and given its broad profile of ingredients, I feel it's all I need in terms of vitamin and herbal supplementation. It's a good value if you only take two per day, which should be adequate. I would like to see more of the ingredients in a chelated form, which research has shown makes them more bio-available.”
