Tea Green Sencha




Green teas, for centuries the beverage of choice in Asia, is rapidly gaining popularity in the western world. Its natural aroma and widely acclaimed health benefits make green tea appealing to both the tea lover and previously non-tea drinker. "Sencha" (pronounced "sen-chu") is the name of the most popular of all of the green teas in Japan. 



It's name actually means "common tea" and is a staple in most Japanese households. Senchas have a pleasant flavor and aroma since all of Japanese green teas are steamed ( not pan fired) to preserve its natural flavor.
This tea has elegant, flat, dark-green leaves yielding a fragrant, aromatic cup with a refreshing flavor.
It has a pleasant and sweet taste.

Uso
When preparing green tea, it is important to use water below the boiling point and to carefully watch the infusion time to avoid bitterness.
Use for Sencha tea water of 75 celsius and steep it for 3 - 5 minutes. Ue 3 grams of Sencha for a cup of 150 ml.
You can also drink it as a cold beverage.
